Soul healing is work!
And a part of healing is making time to recover from that work. So what activities are you going to pull back from for a season, to make room for recovery?
What will you do with that time? Complete assignments from your therapist? Journaling? Sitting quietly so you can listen to what’s going on inside of you? A combination? Something I haven’t mentioned?
This would be a good time to take 15 minutes for yourself to ponder your strategy for rest and reflection. Let me know what you come up with in the comments below.
