What you’ve been through can serve more people than you. It can help someone you pass by in the store or someone who sits at your dinner table.
It’s human nature to be encouraged by someone who’s already walked in your shoes.
And you get to go into as much or as little detail with them as you want.
But you’ll feel awkward sharing on the spot, if you didn’t give any forethought to what you’re comfortable sharing.
So, for today’s homework, I have a little one sheet where you can jot down a few parameters for sharing your healing journey.
What you write, if anything at all, is up to you. This sheet is just to organize your thoughts.
